1. Joining/Account Stuff


How much does Big Cats Attack cost to play?
Big Cats Attack is completly free to play so get joining.
Why should I give my email to you? What will you do with it?
Your email is only used to activate your account and for me to contact you with information about site updates or if I need to contact you for anything to do with the site.
What is the danger zone?
The Danger zone is a place where the evil cats lurk, it is basically pridelands for the evil ones.
How many accounts can I have?
You can only have one account on BCA as that is all that is needed, if I catch you with any more then you will get 2 warnings and if you fail to delete one of them then you will be deleted from the game.
How do I change my email/password?
Go to profile - modify profile - then in the place where your current email address will be you can simply type the email you want to in there.
To change your password you go to profile - modify profile - there will be 2 blank spaces for your password. In the top box type your current password and in the one underneath type the new password.
Can we delete our accounts?
Yes you can. To do this click profile - modify profile - scroll down - delete account. But if you do this please pm me so I know the reason for you leaving first.

2. Prides/Animals


How do I get a pride?
To get a pride your character must take other one. If the pride you want has no lead just role play your character in a claiming post, that must be over 200 words and I will decide if you can become the lead. If it already has a lead/leadess then you will have to challenge them for the terra. They may give it too you or they may fight you. The winner wins. If you fight pm the admin or a member of staff and it will be judged.
How many animals can I have?
As many as you can keep active.
How does the ageing process at BCA work?
At BCA the ageing is marked out simply. Cubs are under four years old. Cubs simply get to play and enjoy life without having to do any of the adult jobs.
Generally teens are classed around the age of three to four. They have to join in with some of the jobs, but still get to have fun. The ones over three and a half years old are able to have cubs. They cannot take over terras, they can only lead them if they have been passed down from family.
Adults are over four years old and have all the jobs to do. They can take over terras, have cubs, mates, jobs everything.
Do I get to name my pride?
Yes. The leads of the prides are to make up the names for their prides. At the moment this is not needed but it is a nice touch.

3. Big Cats


How do I get an animal?
All you have to do is create one. Go to the main page, create a character and click new thread and fill out the form.
How does my animal age?
At the moment you can choose when your animal ages.
Will my cat ever die?
At the moment it will die if you choose for it to die.
Will my cats ability to fight go down when it ages?
Yes. As your cat gets older it will gain more experience but when it gets too old despite the fact it has a lot of experience its age will affect how we judge the fights.
What do I do with my animal?
You can play its entire life, from hunting, to being a parent, to falling in love, being a wanderer, having a pride.. the list goes on through your own words.
I dont want my cat anymore how do I get rid of it?
All you have to do is simply post in the elephant graveyard. Though we do recommend you play out their death in RP so everyone knows that is involved with the character.
How do I breed my animal?
To breed your animal you and the other persons cat can either just skip the actual breeding part and continue role playing as if the breeding has taken place and it is now afterwards. Or you can play it out, if you decide on this option it must state it in the title of the thread to warn other members who may not want to read it.
My character wants to breed but doesnt want cubs!
Just because your character breeds does not mean that you have to have cubs, it is just more likely to fall pregnant in the seasons when breeding is common, meaning your female is in season.
How many cubs can my character have?
If you breed and decide you want to have the cubs you pm the admin with the title as Cubbing and in the pm include a link to the post where the breeding took place as well as the form that can be found in the post called Cubbing. I will pm back giving you how many cubs your character is having and whether it is a female or male. If you have a good idea in your head that will include your cubs and needs a certain amount of cubs or needs to be a certain gender then include this in the post so I can take this into consideration.

4. Misc


What's a mod/moderator?
A moderator is a person on the website who has been awarded with authority by myself, the admin. They help me run the site and are picked by me. They can warn people, punish them and generally help me run the site as well as more. The mods are as important as me so you listen to them, what they say goes and I will pretty much always back them up.
How do I become a staff member?
I put a lot of trust with my mods and all my staff members so they are all chosen carefully. From people who I know I can trust, will be active, run the site well as well as more. So basically if I feel that you are responsible enough and will do the job well then I will award you with the job, so basically just follow the rules, dont cause any trouble and you will have more chance of becoming a mod/staff but it is never certain.
What's a newbie helper?
A newbie helper is someone I have awarded with some authority. But instead of running the site they help the new people, if they need help with role playing the newbie helpers will teach them as well as simply helping them get used to the site and play by the rules. As I cannot always keep ontop of running the site, playing it myself, keeping it active AND helping the new people.
